As Senior Project Manager, you’ll provide strategic oversight and leadership across TRICO’s Building projects. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers, Project Administrators, Field Managers, clients, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and company leadership to deliver safe, profitable, high-quality projects and consistently exceptional client experiences.

- Maintain strong communication among project teams, field leadership, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and TRICO leadership.
- Regularly engage with project and field teams to stay connected to actual jobsite conditions and project performance.
Own Financial Performance
- Maintain a strong understanding of the financial health of projects and hold teams accountable for performance.

Estimating & Procurement
- Lead and support estimating, proposal development, and procurement activities.
- Review estimates and proposals for accuracy, completeness, competitiveness, and alignment with TRICO’s pursuit strategy.
- Lead full estimate reviews with project teams to ensure alignment on scope, budget, self-perform work, cost coding, risk, and buyout opportunities.
- Help teams make smart purchasing and subcontracting decisions that balance cost, schedule, quality, and risk.
Client Leadership & Business Development
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for key clients.
- Build strong, long-term relationships that support repeat and referral business.
- Lead and support client presentations, proposals, and pursuit strategies.
